Office of Vice President.Office of President.
The President shall preside at all meetings of the Association and Executive Board, shall be an ex-officio member of all committees except the nominating committee, shall in general supervise the activities of the Association, and shall perform such other duties as traditionally pertain to the office of President.
The Vice President shall act in the absence of the President.
Office of Secretary.
The Secretary shall keep a complete record of all meetings of the Association and Executive Board and of all papers and record of the Association, including a list of members. The Secretary shall conduct the correspondence of the Association an assist the President at all times.
Office of Treasurer.
The Treasurer shall collect dues, deposit and draw all monies under the direction of the Executive Board, pay all bills authorized by the Executive board, and sign all checks. The Treasurer shall perform such other duties as traditionally pertain to the office of Treasurer. The Treasurer shall, with the advice of the President, immediate past President, and immediate past Treasurer, prepare and submit to the Executive board a proposed budget for the year.
Communications Director.
The Communications Director shall be responsible for overseeing the creation and publication of the monthly newsletter, the website and any social media platforms used by the Association. The Communications Director may create and utilize a communications committee to assist with any or all of these duties.
Member-at-Large.
The Member-at-Large shall assist the remainder of the Executive Board as appropriate, vote and participate fully in the Executive Board’s guidance and decisions.
